When a community destination is available, use it for non-sensitive topics such as:

  • VTT workflow questions, table setup advice, and campaign preparation tips.
  • Creator and viewer feature questions that do not include private account details.
  • Module, map, token, and world-building discussion.
  • Release notes, known issues, and public status links.

Private Support

Do not post account, billing, moderation, payment, or private campaign details in public community discussion. Send those to support@aethera.tv instead.

Keep community discussion useful, respectful, and safe for public viewing. Harassment, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, exploit instructions, payment fraud, and attempts to bypass moderation are not allowed.
