Before you submit

Please use this form to request removal of content you believe violates your copyright. We can only act on complete, accurate submissions from the rights holder or an authorized agent. If you have questions before filing, contact support@aethera.tv.

Save the DMCA reference shown after submission. A receipt is also sent to the email provided when email delivery is available. Review time depends on the request and the information supplied.

What a takedown notice must contain

A valid notice should provide:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works at one site;
  • identification and location of the material to be removed or disabled;
  • contact information sufficient to reach the claimant;
  • a good-faith statement that the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law; and
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the claimant is the owner or is authorized to act for the owner.

Aethera may request missing information. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability under applicable law.

What happens after a notice

Aethera may validate the notice, ask for clarification, notify the affected user, disable or remove the identified material, preserve evidence, and record the action. Removal is not a final court decision about ownership or infringement. Aethera does not promise a fixed review time.

Counter-notice

A user who believes material was removed because of mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice through the secure response instructions included with the removal notice. If those instructions are unavailable, contact support@aethera.tv for a secure submission path. Do not submit a counter-notice through the public takedown form.

A valid counter-notice should provide:

  • the user's physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
  • the user's name, address, and telephone number;
  • consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court—or, if outside the United States, the district where Aethera may be found—and acceptance of service from the claimant or the claimant's agent.

Restoration after a counter-notice

Aethera may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant. Unless the claimant notifies Aethera that a court action was filed to restrain the disputed activity, Aethera may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after the claimant receives the counter-notice. Restoration remains blocked until the approved policy, eligibility time, and reviewed decision are recorded.

Repeat-infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances, Aethera may terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Aethera considers valid notices, counter-notices, retractions, court outcomes, account relationships, and other reliable evidence; it does not promise an automatic fixed-strike rule. Serious, admitted, or court-determined infringement may justify faster action.
